Returns
Upon receiving your purchase, you have a total of 14 days to return your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following rules apply:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your package must contain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that the shipping cost to return the package outside of the EU will be the consumer’s responsibility. Shipping costs to return a package within the EU is free.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Following we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, according to your card issuer’s policies.
